Welcome to the homepage of the Neocities OC Art Swap! Our first event ran from March 10th, 2022 to April 12th, 2022. Our second event ran from January 14th, 2023 to February 20th, 2023.

FEBRUARY 20TH, 2023: The final gifts have been posted!! Please check them out here!

There will be some rules in place for this event - not intended to limit anyone's creativity, but just for simplicity's sake!

1.) OC references and final submissions should be PG-13. Just use your own discretion - you should be able to tell what is and isn't appropriate! If you have any doubts, feel free to ask me via e-mail and I can make a final judgement call.
2.) Make sure you will be able to submit on time! This may sound obvious, but it will be important so that everyone is able to receive a gift at the same time! If you run into any issues that may delay your final submission, please let me know in a timely manner.

Feb. 18 - Final gifts will be posted for everyone to enjoy!
Feb. 15 - Deadline for final submissions. Everyone will have at least 24 days of work time spanning from Jan. 22nd to Feb. 15th.
Jan. 22 - All participants will be notified of their assigned gift recipient by this date. You may receive your e-mail notification earlier than this date. You are free to start working as soon as you know who you're drawing a gift for!
Jan. 18 - Submissions will close. Submissions may close earlier if we reach a cap of about 50 participants.
Jan. 14 - Submissions will open!

Updates and reminders will be posted occasionally on ocartswap's profile (which you can find here), so be sure to follow!
I will have a section in the sign-up form to mark down if you prefer not to draw non-humanoid characters, but this will not be a guarantee, just something I try to keep in mind when looking over the final pairs!
You can submit your finished piece as early as you want - you don't have to wait for the final submission date!
I want to keep this event at a reasonable size that I can manage, so it is likely that applications will close early. Thank you for understanding! My aim is to cap the applications if/when we hit about 50 participants.
